Description: By Thomas Saunder of Cherlewode senr. and William Saunder his son to Richard Saunder, son of the said Thomas, of a tenement and 72 acres of land in Cherlewode called Oddeworth And also 5 crofts of land called Ballokkesham, Smythcrofte, Bakworthesham, Fulbrokescrofte, Rustescrofte and a meadow containing 2 acres called Fletemede in the same parish. To hold of the chief lords &c. Rendering to the said Thomas and William for the life of the said Thomas, 26s. 8d. yearly rent With power of distress and re-entry for rent in arrear Witnesses:- Thos. atte Hale, Thos. atte Hyde, John atte Wode, John atte Wode, William Porte Dated at Cherlewode.
