Description: Copy will & probate of Daniel Finch, Earl of Nottingham ratifying lease and release of 25th & 26th July 1729 which disposed of most of his estate. Bequeaths his house and furnishings in Bloomsbury Square, his plate and coaches and horses to his wife. Books at Burley and his father's manuscripts to go with the house at Burley to its rightful owner with permission for any of his heirs who may be called to the Bar to take copies of them.
