Description: (i) Keppel Pulteney of St Austins, Lymington, co. Southampton, esq. (ii) South Western & I.W. Junction Railway Co. (iii) Keyhaven Syndicate Ltd, 1 Broad Street Place, city of London In the event of the passing of the Bill of 1914 (which extends the Co's powers of compulsory purchase of lands and extends the period of time allowed for completion of railway piers and other works), the Co. will purchase lands in area of Pennington (coloured pink on attached plan). The purchase is to be completed within 3 years from the passing of the Bill of 1914 into law. 2 copies
