Hyde to Arran : written from Whitehall

Description: Writes, by desire of Mr Kingdon, to explain the nature of certain financial liabilities, incurred by that gentleman - now one of the Commissioners of Irish Revenue - in conjunction with Lord Ranelagh, and other partners, in a joint enterprise. Desires that this letter be regarded as a private intimation in Mr Kingdon's behalf, not as the official letter of a Commissioner of the Treasury.
