Description: Lease from Thomas Cox the younger of Hunningham, yeoman, to Edward Hale of Hunningham, yeoman, in consideration of a building of three bays then lately erected by Edward Hale, of a messuage, garden and orchard with a parcel of land adjoining to the said messuage in Hunningham then in the tenure of Edward Hale, for a term of 25 years at a rent of £5 per annum. Witnesses: John Brownell, Elizabeth Brownell and James Gorwell.
