Deed of partition

Description: Thomas Pasley of Barnby, Yorks., yeoman and Thomas Litlewood, jun., of Burthwaite, Yorks., yeoman. Reciting the bargain and sale of 26 Sep 1632, and that a fine was levied by Pasley and Litlewood, in the lands; the parties are now desirous of making a division of the lands. By this deed, they agree to the following division: Pasley to have the messuage now in the occupation of William Mitchell, and one close called the Acre, and 1 acre of arable land in the Westfield of Cawthorne. Litlewood is to have a messuage in the occupation of Alexander Fawley and a close called the Intake.
