Description: Extending from the west of a certain road on the Green (leading in a direct line from the Royal Military Canal to Hardways End and from thence to the sea) to the boundary stones on the west of the Oaks and from thence to Bottolph's Bridge towards the north west: to John Cooper Inge of Brabourne, farmer, for 6 years: endorsed as to Surrender of Lease to Corporation by Inge on 22 June 1853
