Description: (a) Georgina Jemima Ashburnham [4th daughter of George, Earl of Ashburnham]; (b) Henry Reveley Mitford of Exbury and Lepe, co Southampton, esq.; (c) George, Earl of Ashburnham. Recites marriage settlement, 22 July 1795 [see no. 4247], and deed of appointment, 23 Feb. 1828 [no. 4265]. The portion of £1616 18s. 8d. referred to in no. 4265 is assigned to the Earl of Ashburnham in consideration of a marriage portion of £5000 to the said Georgina Jemima Ashburnham.
