Description: For the purchase of Marsh Farm, the Salterns, and a burgage tenement called Dobrees [which tenement was sold by John White of Fairlee to Robert Worsley for £2000 on the same date], in Newtown, p. Calbourne or Shalfleet. [The money for these two purchases was put up by (2), (3) and (1), the land being held in trust by (1) for (4) until he comes of age, interest to be paid to (2) and (3) by (1) out of the rents, and the sums to be repaid by (4) three months after he comes of age.] (1) Robert Worsley of Pidford, p.
