Description: Between Rowland Lytton of Knebworth, esq, 1st, and Sir Thomas Hewytt of Pishobury, Sawbridgeworth, kt, Thomas Hillersden of Elstow, Beds, esq, and John Hale of Stagenhoe, St Paul's Walden, esq, 2nd, for Rowland Lytton to levy a fine to Richard Taverner of Hexton, esq, and John Hale, concerning various lands and woods in Knebworth, Shephall, Stevenage, Hitchin and Datchworth. The fine to be to the use of Hewytt, Hillersdon and Hale in trust, first for the payment of debts due to themselves, and then for Sir Rowland Lytton. Schedule of woods etc attached.
