Description: The whole tower, messuage, garden and lands conveyed as in 124/6, James Hyde being now dead. Hyde appoints Reynold Bray, Ranulf Billyngton and John Wetenhale attorneys to deliver seisin. Seal, on tag, fragment. Endorsed: Baddings Tower (16th cent.).
