Arreton and Godshill, I.W., and lands etc. in Godshill and Arreton purchased by Sir Robert Dillington of Budden Cooke, proxie tithes of Budbridge, etc. c) Manor, farm and demesne lands of Upper and Lower Knighton, p. Newchurch, I.W., and part or parts of Sir Robert Dillington in the manors of Ashey and Ride, p. Newchurch, I.W. d) Manor and farm of Motstone, p's. Motstone and Shalfleete, I.W., and advowson of Motstone church Fine for a) to enure to (1) for life then to his son, Edward Dillington and his male heirs, reversion in default to (1).
