Shalfleet, free of encumbrances except a rent of 7s. payable to the heirs or assigns of Sir James Worsley, Bart., decd., and a lease granted by (1) to Edward Crocker due to expire 10 October 1762, at a rent of £20 payable to (2). Includes agreement to levy a Final Concord. (1) John Purkess of p. Eling, Hants., yeoman Sarah, his wife, late called Sarah Cooke, widow (2) Thomas Hollis the younger of p. Shalfleet, I.W., yeoman
