Description: Assignment of Mortgage in Fee (by Lease and Release) from James Willis of Ringwood, County Southampton, Gentleman, Edward Moore of Lougham, County Dorset and William Toomes of Hanslopp, County Bucks, baker to Thomas Spencer of the City of York, Gentleman, of premises as in U.PEN/1/51. Toomes mortgaged premises to Moore for securing £500 + interest. Total now due £863. Toomes makes the interest due into the principal sum. Moore mortgaged premises to Willis for securing £70 + interest, a total of £108 is now due. Spencer (by direction of Moore) pays Willis £108, Spencer pays Moore £392 as the absolute purchase of the £500 (with above £108).
