Conveyance (lease and release) for £260, and deed to lead the uses of a fine

Description: Between (a) John Cock of Buckingham St., Strand co. Middx., insurance broker (b) Henry Stewart Dickey of Caroline St. Bedford Square in the same, army clothier (c) Watts Chaldecott late of Chichester but now of Birmingham co. Warks., silversmith (d) John Groves of Chichester, cutler (e) Elizabeth Beaulieu formerly Elizabeth Sawrey spinster but now widow of Albert Beaulieu dec'd. of Lille, Flanders, Rev. Francis Khipe of Sandon co. Essex and Jane his wife formerly Jane Sawrey spinster, and Margaret Sawrey of Hendon co. Middx., spinster which said Elizabeth Beaulieu, Jane Knipe and Margaret Sawrey are the only daughters and coheiresses of Margaret Sawrey of Hendon widow, dec'd. the only sister and heir of William Dickey as in Add Mss 18098, 9, (f) Mary Elizabeth Dickey of Hendon, widow of the said William Dickey, and (g) George Gatehouse, grocer and (h) Henry Fogden, victualler, both of Chichester Property as in Add Mss 18098, 9 but late in occ. of John Hall, Mary Arnold widow, Martha Brown, Thomas Roper and Bell Boxall, and now of Messrs. Moore, Parsons, Deadman, Mills and Garratt (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) to (h) to the use of (g) for life and thereafter to the heirs of (g); also quitclaim from (f) to (g) and (h). Recites that on 24, 25 March 1795 the said William Dickey conveyed for £80 each four messuages, parcels of the above property to parties (a) (b) (c) (d) above; but that because no purchase money was ever paid for the same, the properties have eversince been held in trust for the said William Dickey and his heirs Endorsed: 6, 7 March 1828. Confirmation (lease and release) for 10s. from (a) Rev. Francis Knipe of Sandon co. Essex, party to the above, and Francis Knipe of Chelmsford gent., eldest son and heir of Jane Knipe late wife of the said Rev. Knipe also party to the above, to (b) George Gatehouse as above One-third share of the above property Recites that the said Jane Knipe died on 28 Dec. 1823 without having levied the fine covenanted for above
