Description: Folios 241-242. Letter from the Earl of Cavan, A Drummond and G W Willes [?], Magistrates of Fawley, Southampton, Hampshire, concerning an arson attack on a barley rick on the farm of Joseph Munday. They believe it was an incendiary attack as a quantity of brimstone was found on the ground. They ask the government to offer a reward in addition to the £100 offered by the neighbourhood, and a pardon to any offender who offers evidence, except the actual perpetrator of the crime.
