Description: Demise by James Smith of London, gentleman, to John Hyde, citizen and grocer, of the same, for fifty years, of three 'medes' and three fields, two of the said fields being called respectively 'Barnefeilde', and 'Fullersfeild', being parcels of the demesnes of the manor of Pawluns Craie; with condition that if the grantor shall discharge the grantee from their joint bonds to Peter Tryon, merchant tailor, and William Petala, merchant, respectively, then the said demise shall be void: Kent.
