Description: Folio 47: Commissioner Henry Greenhill, Portsmouth Dockyard. His Officers have been directed to prepare to send men to Beaulieu in case Mr Herring cannot finish and launch the new 4th Rate building there. He will examine the matter which Thomas Cole and John Symmonds, Customs Officers at Swanage, have raised concerning cordage and other stores being embezzled and seized by them there and causing the offenders to be prosecuted.
