Description: Folio 41: Commissioner Henry Greenhill, Portsmouth Dockyard. Receipt of warrant to sheath and fit the Harwich for a foreign voyage. He notes that Lord Montague's Solicitor has attended the Board to say that every effort will be made to launch the new 4th Rate building by Mr Herring at Beaulieu. He will write to ask if he has enough men to finish the work and, if not, he will send such men and materials as are necessary to enable her to be finished and brought to Portsmouth with all expedition. The Swiftsure has arrived at Spithead from the Downs.
