From: W Henry Grove, Lymington [Hampshire]. u Letter referring to the decision to decline to forward the correspondence applied for, which will be moved for in the House of Commons. Grove clarifies his question raised with regards to the endorsement of those who had constituted that pretended meeting. He now moves for a writ of quo warranto in the Court of the Queens Bench, and for a Parliamentary Inquiry into the conduct of the Local Government Act Office in connection with these unprecedented proceedings.
