Description: Folio 613. To: The Local Government Act Office. From: Francis W S Barber, Lymington [Hampshire]. Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 25 September 1866 enclosing a copy of Mr Grove's letter and of the appeal of some of the inhabitants of the parish. Barbers explains that the letter was intended for his brother Mr G J S Barber, the chairman who took the poll, complained of in the appeal. He has now handed the letter to him, and a reply will shortly be forwarded on.
