Subject Matter: Letter enclosing certain byelaws made by the Luton Local Board for approval by the Home Secretary respecting the regulations of markets and fairs in the town of Luton, together with a list of rents and tolls charged on such markets and fairs. Bailey confirms that the byelaws have been allowed by the Justices in accordance with the Act. He asks for an early response to this matter.
