Description: Folio 9: Mr. Hale, Clerk of the Cheque, Sheerness. Captain Prower, when commander of the Saudadoes Prize, sent him tickets for men turned over from the Wolf hired ship, and he was directed to deliver them to Captain Waters, previously commander of the Charles galley. He was unable to do this, and is sending them to the Board. He is preparing the muster books for ships that have sailed and asks for muster book paper to be supplied to the Master of the water boat, the bearer of this letter.
