Subject Matter: Letter complaining of a foul smell from a nuisance arising from a cesspool and open drains from the adjoining houses of Blenville's property, which during this warm weather is causing sickness. Blenville states that he has recently been sick and therefore now asks the Board for their intervention in this matter.
