Report on the accident that occurred on 17 May 1900, at Brecon Goods Yard in which Goods Guard William Burley, of the Midland Railway Company, was killed when he was knocked down and run over by 12 waggons owned by the Cambrian Railway Company, whilst he was forming a goods train in the sidings.
