Description: Newell and Ayles, Lymington. Offer timber and asks for it to be reported for Plymouth and for the Purveyor to be directed to meet John Ayles at Molland in Devonshire at the house of Thomas Snowe. The Surveyor Hunt asked us to send into Plymouth some elm board, a part of which has arrived and asks for it to be received and for bills to be made out. Ask if they may send in with it some elm plank. Directions swere given to the Plymouth Officers to receive some rough oak timber for Thomas Steer of Bovey in Devonshire but he found it impossible to find a vessel and asked us to send part of it to Plymouth and the remainder shortly after. Asks for an order for it to be received and for bills to be m,ade out in their name for it.
