Description: Owen Sutherland to the Board. Has delivered to Henry Johnson an account with the necessary affidavit. He has read Mr. Hughes letter to the Board and seeks pardon from him and the Board. He explains the circumstances of the trial at Salisbury. At Lyndhurst he found an order to meet Mr. Jobber at Winchester but found it was too late. He could not possibly have had the trial removed to Winchester, which Mr. Hughes had suggested.
