Description: Mr Sutherland, Purveyor, Lyndhurst. On 17th July he reviewed the boundaries of Wilverly Walk, adjoining the Arnwood Tithing with the Officers of the New Forest. Thirty six small oak trees have recently been cut down by workmen employed by Thomas Dummer who owns the Tithing. Twenty two of these trees are fit for Naval use and have been marked up and the information has been sworn before Lord De La Warr.
