Has received a petition from the Masters of the hoys, who claim they should receive 'loading money' and towage for the added difficulty of hauling timber from Hythe and Bridge Green across the mud. At Blake's Dock the traditional loading place, the timber is placed alongside the vessels next to the lifting tackle. The request deserves some consideration but takes no notice of the evasive quibbler he makes use of.
