Sir Isaac Townsend has called for Mr. Sutherland's account of a trial at Lyndhurst of Henry Woods, Jonathan Wild, Thomas Phillips, Matthew Purkes and Thomas Grant. Thomas Tucker has been indicted for encroaching on the Navy's area in the New Forest, cutting down timber and obliterating the bounds of the forest. Further issues are to be tried at a higher Court.
