Description: By William Brockman to Anne Glyd of Newington, Kent, widow, mother of John Glyd late of Grays Inn, esq. decd., - in pursuance of agreement whereby Anne Glyd having parted with her life interest in premises to the yearly value of £45 the said Wm. Brockman would secure to her for life the like yearly sum - of the capital messuage called Bitchburrough in Newington next Hythe, Kent, and land and premises belonging at a peppercorn rent.
